John Terry is indeed a legend and has joined the likes of more attacking Premier League legends like Frank Lampard, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes to score in 17 successive Premier League seasons.
The Chelsea captain has over the years nicked in important goals for the Blues and was at hand to start the scoring at Stamford Bridge last night when he reacted before everyone else to score in the 21st minute from a corner-kick.
The goal which was the captain’s 67th for the club and 41st in the Premier League ensured that the 36-year-old has now scored in 17 successive Premier League seasons.
For a defender to achieve such feat is indeed enviable.
Legendary stuff!
