The league has been done and dusted and Chelsea are Champions of England. N’Golo Kante is the Player of the Year, and there’s also an opportunity for yet another Chelsea player to grab an individual award.

Three Chelsea goals and two Chelsea players have been shortlisted for the Premier League goal of the season award.

Pedro’s strikes against Tottenham in November at Stamford Bridge and Everton at Goodison Park in April have been selected, and Eden Hazard’s solo strike in the home match versus Arsenal in February is also in contention for the award.

The winner will be decided by a combination of votes from supporters and the views of a panel made up of former managers and players.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
