Chelsea will be away at the Hawthorns tonight to face West Brom, and a win for Chelsea will seal the Premier League title for the Blues.
BBC Sport’s Mark Lawrenson has tipped Chelsea to win Tony Pulis’ men in front of their home fans with two unreplied goals.
He said: “Because Chelsea can win the title with a victory at The Hawthorns, I think they will do.
“West Brom’s great problem is they do not create many chances against most teams in the league, so I certainly don’t see them creating much against the leaders.
“With these kind of games, the big players always come to the fore and I think Chelsea’s quality will make the difference again.
“It will be a well-deserved title for them, and their manager Antonio Conte has been brilliant in his first season in the Premier League.”
However Sky Sports Paul Merson thinks the game will be difficult for Chelsea and Chelsea will drop points. He expects a 1-1 draw.
“I think this will be a hard game for Chelsea.
“West Brom have been on a poor run but they have been a little unlucky.
“They’ll make it very difficult, be as good as ever on set-plays, and if they can score first then Chelsea may have to wait until Monday night to win the title.”
