Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi joined Chelsea from Marseille last summer for a fee of £33million but struggled to play regularly since his move to Stamford Bridge.
However, the Belgian striker has scored four goals in his last three Premier League appearances for Chelsea, one of which was the title-clinching strike away to West Brom.
West Ham have struggled to score goals this season and according to Daily Express, The Hammers are interested in a loan deal for Batshuayi.
Chelsea were open to letting the striker leave on loan early this year but his recent form in front of goal have seen Chelsea fans ask Antonio Conte to keep the striker at Stamford Bridge next season.
Despite his limited playing time for Chelsea this season, Batshuayi recently revealed he was happy to fight for his place in Chelsea.
Batshuayi said: “We have a very good squad, with lots of good players.
“Lovely and humble lads too. Chelsea feels like a big family. When you can work in those conditions, day in, day out, that’s magnificent.
“Of course there were frustrations because I didn’t play a lot. So enjoying myself with the teammates wasn’t always that simple.
“But I also understood that I had some to work to do. But I’m happy. My team-mates have always been supporting me.”
