Various media reports had claimed Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was frustrated by Chelsea’s lack of activity in the transfer market but reports of our boss considering a new deal would definitely make Chelsea fans happy.
According to a report on Daily Mail, Conte held positive talks with Chelsea’s director Marina Granovskaia on Sunday as he considers signing a new contract.
His new contract would reportedly see the 47-year-old Italian earn £9.5million-a-year.
Conte also reportedly discussed plans for the summer with Granovskaia and a meeting involving Conte and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, is also planned to take place over the next few days according to Daily Mail.
