Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has been linked with a big money return to Chelsea, and Arsenal legend Ray Parlour believes the Everton striker will be the perfect replacement for Diego Costa who has had another row with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
With reports suggesting that the Belgium international is close to a Chelsea move, Parlour believes Lukaku has what it takes to do well for Chelsea.
“It looks like he could be the man who is going to replace him,” the Arsenal legend said on Sky Sports.
“Obviously he’s gone to Everton, had a really good spell at Everton.
“He’s scored all different sorts of goals and he’s improved.
“If he can keep improving, he’s a young man he’s still 23-years-old, if he can keep improving the way he is, because he’s a big unit, he can hold the ball up and bring the midfield in as well but he can also score goals.
“I think he would be a perfect fit for Chelsea.”
