For the second summer in a row, Chelsea have been linked with Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci.

Bonucci fell out with Juve head coach Massimiliano Allegri back in February and Chelsea are believed to be keeping a close eye on the centre-back’s situation, with Antonio Conte keen to be reunited with his former player.

It’s believed that the 30-year-old will now favour a move abroad, but he has responded to the recent rumours about his future by claiming they are just speculations.

There have been reports that Bonucci’s agent is in London, but the Italy international has said that they are mere transfer speculations.

“Me leaving Juventus? That is just speculation,” Bonucci told La Stampa.

Bonucci still has a contract with Juve until 2021. The Italy international made 45 appearances in all competitions in 2016-17 as Juventus secured the domestic double before losing to Real Madrid 4-1 in the Champions League final.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
