Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is still yet to sign a new contract with Arsenal, and with his contract expiring next summer, Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern Munich have registered interest in the Chilean.

PSG were reportedly interested in the 28-year-old Arsenal star but have now pulled out of the race. Chelsea have been handed a major boost as Paris Saint-Germain have pulled out of the race to sign Alexis Sanchez, according to reports in France.

Le Parisien claim that PSG consider the transfer ‘too complicated’ to complete and the French club are not willing to match Arsenal’s contract offer of £275,000 a week.

It’s also claimed that PSG are reluctant to make Sanchez the highest paid player at the club as it would cause a problem in their dressing room.

PSG are now set to turn their attention to Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and will make the Borussia Dortmund forward one of their top priorities for the upcoming transfer window.
