Chelsea star Eden Hazard suffered an ankle injury yesterday which has sent shockwave round the Chelsea fans.

Hazard will likely miss the next two or three months of football after suffering an injury while on international duty with Belgium.

Coincidentally, before his injury, the Belgian urged Chelsea to make quality signings ahead of the new season, with Chelsea to feature in the Champions League.

The Belgian star said: “The Champions League is a very difficult competition with many good teams who are capable of reaching the semi-finals and the final.

“You never know, but if we continue with the way we’ve been playing this season we can go far.

“Maybe with a couple of new players to take the level even higher we can do well, but it’s not just about quality, you also need a bit of luck.”
