21-year-old Celtic striker Moussa Dembele is in high demand after scoring 32 goals in all competitions as Celtic went undefeated for the entire 2016/17 campaign.
Chelsea attempted to sign Dembele in January but were put off by Celtic’s £40million asking price according to various reports.
Moussa suggested via his Instagram account that a move is on the cards, telling fans to expect a “big deal” in a series of suggestive instagram posts according to a report on Daily Express.
“FanLuv, big announcement alert soon! Stay tuned! #BigMoveAlert #Dembelition #InVIncibleOnTheWay,” Dembele posted on Instagram.
Dembele followed the post up with a snap of him in a plane seat with the caption: “On my way to…”
Dembele’s agent Mamadi Fofana has also suggested via Instagram that a move could be on the cards.
“I’m up to something. Big meeting alert. Big move alert,” Fofana wrote.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers revealed in March that the 21-year-old striker could leave Celtic if a ridiculous amount of money is received.
“I believed when Moussa came that he probably had a two-year cycle,” Rodgers said.
“That’s what I saw. For me, I still think that’s the case. All the conversations I have with him I have no doubt he loves it here.
“He needs another year of Champions League experience and the confidence of scoring goals and playing for such a big club, and probably then it’ll be time to fly.
“That’s the modern game. The big clubs in Europe are always crying out for a centre forward.
“It’s just a natural process where if you’re on X amount of money and someone offers you Y amount of money, and the club get offered a ridiculous amount of money then you have to respect that.”
