Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen on strengthening the squad ahead of next season and a report on The Sun claimed Chelsea had put in an offer £45million for Napoli playmaker Lorenzo Insigne.
However, the agent of Insigne has poured cold water on the speculation linking Insigne to Chelsea by insisting Insigne is happy at Napoli.
Franco della Monica told Radio Kiss Kiss via talkSPORT: “I would start by saying the offer reported in The Sun would be low and he has always been in the sights of many clubs.
“The priority for Lorenzo, though, is to be wearing the Napoli shirt and be rewarded in an important way by his team.
“Now he has both and he is happy as well.”
