Dutch club PSV Eindhoven are reportedly in talks with Chelsea over the permanent transfer of 24-year-old Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel.
Van Ginkel spent the second-half of last season on loan at PSV and he impressed, scoring 7 goals and providing 3 assists in 15 league appearances for PSV.
Van Ginkel has made just four appearances for Chelsea since joining from Vitesse Arnhem for £8m in 2013. He has two years left on his Chelsea contract and the Blues would reportedly demand for at least £10million for the midfielder.
PSV hope to convince Chelsea into lowering Van Ginkel’s fee by including a sell-on clause and buy-back option in the deal.
