There have been reports about Lyon’s interest in Chelsea youngster Bertrand Traore.
The 21-year-old just ended the season with Dutch giants Ajax and has attracted interest from French club Lyon, who even want the Chelsea prodigy on a permanent deal.
Lyon Chief Jean-Michel Aulas hasn’t only revealed their interest in Traore, but has also assured that the deal will be wrapped up in less than two weeks.
Speaking during a visit to French President Emmanuel Macron’s Elysee Palace, he said: “We’re fine-tuning the talks.
“It’s a very ambitious operation, one that fits with what we had said.
“I hope to be able to conclude the deal in the next 10 days, if possible before the end of the week.”
The deal is said to be worth £16 million.
