Chelsea have been linked with Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci, as Antonio Conte looks to add a new centre-back to the Chelsea team.
The centre-back position is one area that has been earmarked by Chelsea boss Antonio Conte for strengthening.
However, according to The Sport Review, Roman Abramovich doesn’t want the club to sign Bonucci.
It might have to take a bid of around £50 million for Chelsea to sign Bonucci, and club owner Abramovich doesn’t want the club to spend that much on a 30-year-old. The Chelsea owner wants the club to focus on snapping up younger players this summer, according to the report.
Chelsea have also been linked with Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk.
