Watford are interested in signing 22-year-old Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah, according to a report on Sky Sports.
Chalobah, who has just one year left on his Chelsea contract, is reluctant to sign a new Chelsea contract except he is assured he would get more playing time.
The 22-year-old made just one Premier League start last season, after Chelsea had secured the league title, and 15 appearances overall in all competitions.
Chalobah spent time on loan at Watford in the Championship during the 2012/13 and they are reportedly willing to offer Chalobah the regular playing time he craves for.
Chelsea have already lost Dominic Solanke and Nathan Ake this summer so losing Chalobah in the same window would definitely annoy Chelsea fans.
