A report on The Telegraph on Monday suggested Huddersfield Town are in advanced talks to sign Chelsea youngster Izzy Brown on a permanent deal.
The report claimed 20-year-old Brown is discussing a permanent £8.5million move to Huddersfield Town.
However, The Huddersfield Daily Examiner insists no such talks have taken place between Chelsea and Huddersfield Town.
According to The Huddersfield Daily Examiner, “Brown is very well thought of in the Town hierarchy and the club would welcome the youngster back to the John Smith’s Stadium, but a permanent deal looks unlikely at this time”.
Brown impressed while on loan at Huddersfield Town last season and if he is to return to Huddersfield Town next season, it would likely be on another loan deal.
