Alvaro Morata has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and AC Milan. The three clubs are in the market for a striker and have all been linked with the young Real Madrid striker.
Recent reports suggest he’s on the move to AC Milan, but Spanish outlet Diario Gol are saying that, out of all three teams, it is Chelsea who Morata wants to join the most.
Antonio Conte signed the 24-year-old played under during their time together at Juventus, and the Spain international will like to link up with his former boss.
It is said that Morata wants a reunion at Stamford Bridge – despite the fact United manager Jose Mourinho gave him his Real debut.
Manager Zinedine Zidane looks likely to cut him loose after tonight’s Champions League final, despite an impressive goal return of 20 goals from 42 games.
Morata is unimpressed with his lack of starting opportunities despite his impressive goal haul this season.
However, the report also adds that Chelsea must raise their offer if they are to lure the striker away from the Bernabeu. Milan are reportedly willing to pay over £50 million for him, while the Blues are reportedly only willing to pay £35m.
