Current World Footballer of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo has told Real Madrid bosses that he wants to leave Spain after becoming enraged by his treatment over recent tax fraud allegations.
Manchester United are rumoured to be interested in a move to bring back their former star to England and French giants PSG seem another possible destination, but, according to the Daily Express, Chelsea believe they can offer something their rivals cannot – Eden Hazard.
Real Madrid are interested in Eden Hazard and the reports claim Chelsea could make a swap deal – Ronaldo for Hazard.
According to the report, Roman Abramovich has a strong desire to bring Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge.
Definitely this is one of those rumours that can’t hold ground. No Chelsea fan will want the club to sell Eden Hazard, not even for the great Cristiano Ronaldo, especially considering their age – Ronaldo is 32 and Hazard is six years younger than him.
