Chelsea target Romelu Lukaku caused a big stir on social media this afternoon after the Everton striker posted a video of himself scoring a free-kick during a five-a-side match.
Actually, it wasn’t the goal that caused the stir – it was because the pitch was surrounded with Chelsea badges on the boards, prompting Everton fans to be angry and Chelsea fans to be hopeful.
In his defence, the Everton striker wasn’t the only famous face involved in the five-aside, with the likes of Andre-Pierre Gignac and former Arsenal star Samir Nasri also taking part in the match.
They were invited to play a five-a-side match at ‘Urban Soccer 5 Center’ – which is a set of five-a-side pitches in LA.
So it wasn’t anything intentional from the Everton striker.
