Three Chelsea legends will team up for a “Battle of Britain” charity match to raise funds for victims of the terror attacks and the Croydon tram disaster.
The stars, including Kerry Dixon, Ray Wilkins and Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink, will take on a Rangers XI on Saturday.
Over 2,000 Rangers fans have already bought tickets for the game. Among the idols turning out for their side include Graham Roberts, Mark Walters and Colin Hendry.
Former Chelsea captain and assistant manager, Wilkins said: “I’m only too delighted to play my part in this match and help raise money for such worthy causes.”
Mark Westwood said: “I can’t thank the players enough for agreeing to play in this match.
“Originally some of the proceeds were going to the Croydon Tram disaster fund but now we have decided to include a donation to the victims of the recent terror attacks.
“It’s to be a brilliant day and it promises to be a cracking atmosphere with so many fans from Scotland coming down.”
