Chelsea player Kenedy has returned to the UK from Chelsea’s pre-season tour after a disgraceful event that happened in China.
This latest development comes after the Blues had to issue an apology following some embarrassing social media posts made by the Brazilian.
The Brazilian made a string of insulting and racial posts which included a profanity relating to China and a message mocking a security guard he photographed.
He made the posts on Friday, and by the time he deleted them it was already too late. Kenedy was booed by the home support during Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Arsenal at the Bird’s Nest Stadium in Beijing the following day.
Kenedy will no longer take part of Chelsea’s pre-season games and his future at the club has been put at risk. Reports from certain quarters claim that the actions of the 21-year-old might even cause Chelsea a ban.
