Everton boss Ronald Koeman has admitted that the club will sell Chelsea target Ross Barkley after the 23-year-old refused to sign a new contract.

Barkley has been linked with Chelsea this summer but the Blue fans seem to be divided in opinion over a potential move for Everton midfielder Ross Barkley.
