The latest news hitting Chelsea in the bid to sign a quality striker is a possible deal for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
The arrival of Gabriel Jesus at the Etihad has raised doubts over Aguero’s long-term future at Manchester City and it was evident last season when Aguero was dropped to the bench for the young Brazilian striker and now Pep Guardiola wants to cash in on Aguero, according to reports.
Manu Sainz, a Madrid-based journalist for AS and Cadena SER, has claimed on Twitter that Chelsea are interested in the signing of Aguero and Pep Guardiola has approved the transfer.
Some Chelsea fans are in support of Chelsea signing the 29-year-old, while others are against it due to age factor and injury worries.
Yes please would welcome aguero with arms open 25+ goals guaranteed #CFC
