The news of the death of six-year-old Sunderland supporter Bradley Lowery has shocked the football world who touched everyone with his innocent smile.
Lowery had been fighting a lengthy battle against neuroblastoma, but passed away on Friday and the news of his death has left a sudden and shocking impact on the football community.
Chelsea FC have joined the whole football community to extend their condolences and pay tribute to the amazing 6-year-old Bradley.
