Chelsea youngster Isaiah Brown has reportedly chosen to join Premier League newcomers Brighton on a season-long loan according to a report on Evening Standard.
The loan move to Brighton is expected to be completed before the end of the week.
Brown spent the first-half of last season on loan at Rotherham before joining Huddersfield Town on loan for the second-half of last season, helping them win promotion to the Premier League.
Huddersfield and Southampton reportedly submitted a bid of around £8million for the 20-year-old but Chelsea rejected offers for the Brown.
According to Evening Standard, Chelsea want to reward Brown for his development with a pay-rise and are keen to see how he will cope with Premier League football next term.
Brown has two years left on his current deal and Chelsea are preparing to offer him a new contract.
