Diego Costa has been told by Chelsea boss Antonio Conte that he won’t be needed for next season and it seems the Chelsea striker has now sent an indirect or probably direct message to the Chelsea manager.

The 28-year-old was filmed partying in an Atletico Madrid shirt and taking a swipe at Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.

In an Instagram live video, the Spaniard is seen wearing his former club’s colours, while he wrote in Spanish in the comments section “give a hug to Conte”.

Costa is visibly trying to ensure an exit deal is forced this summer and wants to crash down his transfer fee to make it easier for his favoured move to Atletico Madrid, but reports claim Chelsea won’t be bullied to sell Costa on the cheap.

The Spain international has been excused from the start of pre-season training with the Blues, as Chelsea seek a new striker.
