Jamal Blackman and Michael Hector are the two recent Chelsea young players to leave the club on loan.

Goalkeeper Jamal Blackman has extended his Chelsea contract until 2021 and will be spending the coming season on loan at Sheffield United.

The towering 23-year-old goalkeeper had a good campaign on loan last season at Wycombe Wanderers, for whom he appeared 52 times and was named their Young Player of the Year, and now he has the chance to develop his game in the Championship.

Chelsea defender Michael Hector has today joined Hull City on loan for the rest of the season.
