In Chelsea’s last pre-season game in Singapore, the Blues lost 2-1 to Inter Milan, in a game that could easily have ended the other way.

Chelsea started the first two minutes of the game in pretty good fashion, but Inter took over and scored a late first-half goal from a dubious penalty kick.

Cesar Azpilicueta took the ball cleanly from Jovetic and the former City man fell over, and the referee wrongly pointed to the spot.

Courtois saved the resulting penalty but Jovetic was straight up to put the rebound away.

Chelsea started the second-half in good fashion, but Ivan Perisic made it 2-0 just eight minutes after the break. Conte then decided to bring in Antonio Rudiger in place of Marcos Alonso.

The game looked all Inter Milan at this point.

Conte decides to bring in Jeremy Boga and Charly Musonda with half an hour to go, as the youngsters replaced Willian and Morata.

Musonda has shown some flashes of brilliance before Chelsea got a goal in the 74th minute via an incredible own-goal from Geoffrey Kondogbia who placed a 40-yard pass back into his own net.

Musonda showed quick feet to work room on the edge of the area ten minutes after the goal, but Padelli held his shot well.

Two minutes later, a well-placed Batshuayi goal was flagged for offside when Chelsea should have been celebrating an equaliser.

Conte made six changes late in the game and it was enough for Cristian Cuevas to forge an opportunity with Boga after some superb movement down the left.
