Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel is set to join PSV Eindhoven after both clubs reached an agreement for the midfielder to move, according to a report on Goal.
According to the report, PSV will be allowed to sign Van Ginkel but there are final negotiations taking place about whether Chelsea will accept a permanent package or let the 24-year-old join the Dutch club for a third loan spell.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte reportedly doesn’t think Van Ginkel is ready to play for Chelsea despite his good performances for PSV last season while on loan.
Van Ginkel has two years to run on his Chelsea contract and if he is loaned again to PSV, PSV will get an option to buy him at the end of the deal which would include the same buy-back clause.
The 24-year-old midfielder joined Chelsea from Vitesse for £8 million in 2013 and has made just four appearances for Chelsea.
