Chelsea have confirmed the loan move of youngster Tammy Abraham to Swansea for the rest of the 2017/18 campaign.
The 19-year-old has now put pen to paper on a new five-year deal with the Blues to commit his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.

Swansea and a host of clubs were in the race for Abraham who banged in the goals for Championship side Bristol City last season, to end the campaign as the second highest goalscorer in the Championship. Swansea won the race for his signature and their fans are excited.
