Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham joined Swansea on loan this summer and will be with the Swans till the end of the season.
Abraham ended last season banging in the goals for Bristol City in the Championship and is ready to take his game higher by doing so in the Premier League

Standing up in front of his new team-mates and singing, the 19-year-old striker stunned his new team-mates, with Paul Clement even appearing shocked by the youngster’s hidden talent.
Abraham has a talent for singing and by the time he had finished his rendition of Boyz II Men’s classic hit ‘End of the Road’, there was uproar from his new transformers and they asked for more.
Who could have thought that Abraham had such a talent.
