Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah has one year left on his contract, and with Tiemoue Bakayako likely to join Chelsea soon, Chalobah wants more assurance from Antonio Conte.

The 22-year-old is unsure of his Chelsea future and need more assurances as well as a higher pay before committing to Chelsea.

Watford are monitoring developments with the 22-year-old Chelsea midfielder and are well aware that Chalobah is wary that his first team opportunities will remain limited at Stamford Bridge.

Chalobah has had six spells on loan since 2012 – when he spent a season on loan with the Hornets in the Championship, scoring five goals in 38 appearances.
