Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma failed to break into Antonio Conte’s first eleven last season after suffering a long injury layoff.
And according to Sky Sports, Zouma could leave Chelsea this summer on a loan deal to gain regular game time.
The 22-year-old was limited to just 14 appearances after making his comeback from injury last November.
The France international is reportedly expected to hold talks with Premier League rivals Stoke and West Brom about a season-long loan move.
With Chelsea having signed Antonio Rudiger from Roma, Zouma would find himself down the pecking order in the race for a starting role next season.
Zouma, who has won two Premier League titles and the League Cup since joining Chelsea in 2014, has also been linked with loan moves to Valencia and Sevilla. Although he recently admitted that he would love to remain in Chelsea.
He said: “No. I’m very happy at Chelsea. I hear the rumours, it’s flattering.
“It means I’m a player people are looking at, but I’m not going to stop there. My objective is to stay at Chelsea.
“Next season, we’ll start from scratch, there will be a lot of games. The cards will be on the table. It’s up to me to work hard.”
