Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois grabbed headlines for his penalty miss in the Community Shield game against Arsenal at the Wembley Stadium.
After a 1-1 draw between the two London clubs, the Chelsea goalkeeper fired his spot kick well over the bar during a penalty shootout that Arsenal won 4-1.
Arsenal legend David Seaman has revealed he is sorry for Courtois after his penalty miss in Sunday’s Community Shield at Wembley.
Seaman, who is an Arsenal legend enjoyed a fruitful 13-year career with the Gunners, took to social media to express his sympathy for the Belgium international, stating he had experienced something similar during his playing days as a goalkeeper.
