Chelsea are in need of signings despite the return of Tiemoue Bakayako from injury.
The Blues need backup in three key areas – the left and right wing-back position and the central midfield.
However, the club haven’t been able to sign anyone since Alvaro Morata.
Chelsea have been linked strongly with Barcelona player Sergi Roberto, who can play as a midfielder and a wing-back.
And according to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, a number of Premier League clubs are interested in the Sergi Roberto, but that Chelsea are leading the pack.
Their report claims Antonio Conte held a meeting on Friday with staff at Chelsea to work out a way to convince Roberto to leave the Catalan city and move to London.
