Eden Hazard picked up his ankle injury while on international duty with Belgium at the beginning of June during training with the national team, and he’s yet to play an official game ever since.
Hazard has returned to training and will soon be in line to return to the team and national team boss Roberto Martinez is considering inviting the 26-year-old to the national team for this month’s World Cup qualifying game.
“He isn’t 100 per cent fit yet. The next two days will be crucial,” Martinez told Voetbalkrant ahead of Belgium’s clashes with Gibraltar (August 31) and Greece (September 3).
Chelsea fans have told him to forget about inviting Hazard.
Doesn't need to be called up ffs let him recover 100%
