Chelsea have reportedly not given up on signing Juventus left-back Alex Sandro according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

Despite Chelsea’s efforts to sign the 26-year-old Brazilian left-back, Italian champions Juventus have stood firm over their stance that Sandro will not be leaving Turin this summer.

Earlier this month, Juventus manager Max Allegri insisted Chelsea have no chance of signing Alex Sandro.

Signing a left wing-back is a priority for Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and he sees Sandro as the man to strengthen Chelsea’s left wing-back position.
