Chelsea youngster, Lewis Baker, has joined Middlesbrough on a season-long loan deal and he is the 26th Chelsea player to leave on loan this season.
The 22-year-old midfielder signed a new five-year contract before joining the Championship club to continue his development.
Baker attracted interest from Bournemouth and West Ham though he was guaranteed more playing time in the Championship.
Baker spent the last two seasons on loan with Vitesse Arnhem, scoring 15 goals in 64 appearances for the Dutch club.
Baker helped Vitesse Arnhem win the Dutch Cup last season.
