After a slow start to the Premier League campaign last season, Chelsea rose from 7th position after a 3-0 loss to Arsenal and ended up winning the Premier League.

Chelsea won a record 30 game in the process and ended the season with 93 points, and for Antonio Conte who was just in his first season as a Chelsea manager, it was a great achievement.

Conte told Sky Sports in a recent interview: “I think it was an amazing season for us. To reach 93 points and get 30 wins was incredible for us. Our start wasn’t good enough, but we tried the right way to improve and then to have a steady climb to reach the top of the table and continue to stay there.”

Speaking about the amazing night at the Hawthorns as Michy Batshuayi sealed the Premier League title with a late goal, Conte said:

“It was fantastic. I think I enjoyed it a lot in my first season. I discovered this league is very tough and I enjoyed each game a lot. I felt great emotion.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
