Everton manager Ronald Koeman has twice revealed his admiration for Chelsea striker Diego Costa and has openly admitted he’d like to have the Spain international as a striker for Everton.
A reporter threw a question at Conte concerning Costa and what the Everton boss said. He asked Conte: Ronald Koeman a few minutes ago said he needs a striker before the window closes, and he says Diego Costa is a good striker and available. Would that be a good solution for Costa, for Chelsea and for Everton?
Conte however replied: “About the transfer market I don’t like to speak about the players.”
Koeman then asked if there is an interest from Everton in Costa. To which Conte replied: “I don’t know.”
The transfer window winds up in three days time. What next for Costa?
