Eden Hazard has now resumed training after suffering an ankle injury that has kept him off the pitch since the end of last season.

The Chelsea winger is expected to be back fully next month but his recovery process has already begun.

Belgium journalist Kristoff Terreur revealed that Chelsea played a closed door friendly and Hazard was in good form scoring a goal, while Tiemoue Bakayako and Charly Musonda also scored two goals.

He wrote on Twitter: “This man played in a special arranged friendly against QPR’s EDS (8-0). He even scored. Bakayoko & Musonda (2 goals) involved too.”

Antonio Conte has vowed not to rush the Belgian into action despite Chelsea’s lack of depth in the wing positions.
