It’s just three league games into Alvaro Morata’s reign as the Blues striker and he has already set a new Premier League record.

Morata became the first player in Premier League history to score and assist a goal in his first two home matches but the striker revealed he does not set himself individual targets ahead of a season.

Speaking about the record, Morata revealed that those records don’t mean much to him and that he prefers to win titles.

Morata said: “It doesn’t matter to me. I prefer to win something. I always think this is a team sport. If I begin by thinking how many goals for myself, probably I should play tennis!”
