Juventus have reportedly contacted Chelsea about the possibility of signing Chelsea captain Gary Cahill, according to The Sun.
The Sun claim Juventus are targeting Cahill, having been alerted to the fact Antonio Conte is unsure how big of a part Cahill will play this season.
Juventus lost Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan this summer and Cahill has been reportedly identified as the player to replace Bonucci.
Cahill has endured a nightmare start to the season, earning a red card on the opening day defeat to Burnley and the impressive forms of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen could see Cahill have a limited playing time this season.
The fact Cahill will miss Chelsea’s next two games after missing the game against Tottenham isn’t helping his cause as Rudiger and Christensen continue to impress in his absence.
Never! Our captain is not for sale; Old ladies should look else where please. he is our legend @Stanford Bridge #UpBlues!
