Eden Hazard has been missing from action for both club and country after suffering an ankle injury while on international duty with Belgium at the end of last season.
The 26-year-old missed Chelsea’s opening game of the season against Burnley and was also unavailable for Chelsea’s pre-season fixtures.
Hazard trained with the rest of his Chelsea teammates for the first time since his operation on Tuesday but will also miss this weekend’s cracker against Tottenham at the Wembley Stadium.
Conte is now hoping Hazard will return for September’s clash against Leicester as Chelsea currently look thin on the flanks with Pedro out injured at the moment.
Before the Leicester City game on September 9, Hazard will likely miss the games against Spurs and Everton.
