All the transfer rumours and merry-go-round has finally come to an end, as yesterday marked the end of the summer transfer window.
After completing the signing of Davide Zappacosta from Torino on transfer deadline day, Chelsea were also able to complete the signing of Danny Drinkwater from Leicester City.
Chelsea completed the transfer of Drinkwater from the Foxes, with the midfielder signing a five-year deal on transfer deadline day.
The 27-year-old was signed for about £35 million, and will now link up with former team-mate N’Golo Kante in the heart of the Chelsea midfield.
