Chelsea signed Danny Drinkwater on transfer deadline day, but the England international is yet to make his Chelsea debut.

It’s a pity that it might take another one month before the 27-year-old will eventually play for the Blues.

Antonio Conte in his pre-match press conference confirmed that Drinkwater would be out for up to three weeks.

He told the media in his press conference this afternoon ahead of Sunday’s clash against Arsenal: “He had a muscular problem in his calf. It will be very difficult to see him before the international break. He needs time to recover. It is a pity because he was starting to work and improve his condition and adapt our idea of football. Now we have to move all this situation. It could be two or three weeks, I don’t know.”
