Chelsea are away to Atletico Madrid in their new Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in the Champions League Group C match, and the game will have a familiar face in the crowd – Diego Costa.

Costa who has completed a move away from Chelsea to rejoin Atletico will be in the stands as his former club plays his present club.

Costa who won two Premier League titles in his three-year spell at Chelsea fell out with Chelsea manager Antonio Conte and decided to leave Stamford Bridge to his former club.

He finally agreed terms on a return to Atletico this week, with the deal to officially go through on January 1st when the transfer window re-opens and the La Liga club’s transfer ban comes to an end.

Costa might just have left Chelsea, but he’d definitely be supporting Atletico for tonight’s game.
