Venue: Stamford Bridge

Chelsea will host league leaders Manchester City on Saturday evening at Stamford Bridge as both teams fight for supremacy in the race for the Premier League title this season.

Chelsea have 13 points from six games while City have 16 points.

City are in devastating form and have scored a whopping 21 goals and conceded just 2, while Chelsea have scored 12 and conceded 5.

In their last three games, City have beaten Liverpool and Crystal Palace 5-0 while Watford were beaten 6-0 on their own home ground. City have won four and drawn just once in their last six league games.

Chelsea, off the back of an impressive 2-1 away win at Atletico Madrid have won four in their last five games and drawn one, a goalless draw against Arsenal earlier this month.

Chelsea defeated Manchester City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge last season and also won Pep Guardiola’s men 3-1 in front of their home fans. Chelsea were the only side to beat Manchester City home and away in the Premier League last season.

In the last six league meetings between the two sides, there have been an equal share of points, as Chelsea have won two, City two and two of those fixtures ended in draws.

Chelsea have a good home record at Stamford Bridge as the Blues have won 10 of their 12 league games since mid-April, with their only defeat in that period coming at home to Burnley on the opening weekend of this season.

Eden Hazard is usually at his best against City as he has scored three goals and set up two in his last five Premier League games against Manchester City.
