Eden Hazard and Diego Costa formed a good partnership during Costa’s three-year stint at Chelsea. They both combined well in attack to land Chelsea two Premier League titles in the last three seasons.
The Spain international is now bound for Atletico Madrid, and Hazard has sent him a farewell message.
Hazard posted photos of himself alongside Costa on Instagram with the caption: “Thank you for the last 3 years my friend, it’s been a pleasure to play with you!!”
