Eden Hazard had teased Alvaro Morata about his headed goals as his first three goals and two assists were all headers.
“Like you saw, I saw he is a good player, I saw that he scores a lot with his head… now he needs to score with his feet,” joked Hazard after the win over Leicester. “He is a top player. He can score every time. When he scores, we win the game so I think he is good. ‘He is in good form, even in the national team he scored three times so I hope that for Chelsea, he can score a lot of goals.”
Morata then scored a hatrick against Stoke City last weekend with all goals scored with his feet.
And now, the Spaniard has returned to his heading ways, as his header opened the scoring in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Atletico.
Interestingly, it was Eden Hazard who provided the cross for the goal, and the 24-year-old pointed to his head as he celebrated his fourth headed goal for Chelsea.
